You can do this by e-mail, but we need a letter from a solicitor, or bank, or utility company that links your old address with the new one. A scanned copy will be fine. Also, we must stress that it is our policy only to give company information out to genuine shareholders. If any shareholder wishes an agent to contact us on their behalf, then they must give the agent a letter authorising them to act for the shareholder. We are doing this to protect you the shareholder.
